Die Jahresversammlung dient der Information und zur Kommunikation der Mitglieder untereinander. Es wird keine Stimmabgaben geben, da weder Wahlen zum Vorstand noch Abstimmungen zu Statuten anstehen. Diese sind nur für die alle zwei Jahre stattfindende Generalversammlung vorgesehen. Es können allerdings bei Bedarf Anregungen gegeben werden und wir bitten um vorherige Kenntnislegung.
Tagesordnung:
- kurzer Bericht des Vorstands zum vergangenen Jahr und zu neuen Entwicklungen
- Schwerpunktmäßige Berichterstattung der einzelnen Arbeitskreise
- Vorstellung von Aktivitäten der Mitgliedsvereine
- Vortrag von Karin Dissauer: "In the Footsteps of Giants: Exploring Solar and Stellar Eruptions"

The annual meeting serves to inform and facilitate communication among members. There will be no voting, as there are no elections or votes on the statutes pending. These are only scheduled for the biennial general meeting. However, suggestions can be made if necessary, and we ask that you notify us in advance.
Agenda:
- Brief report from the board on the past year and new developments
- Focused reporting from the individual working groups
- Presentation of activities by member associations
- Talk by Karin Dissauer: "In the Footsteps of Giants: Exploring Solar and Stellar Eruptions"
