Austrian Early Career Conference 2026

The Austrian Society for Astronomy and Astrophysics (ÖGAA) organizes a conference, focusing on early career scientists and to promote the PhD students and young PostDocs community. We like to foster the networking among students and advanced researchers, as well as to give the opportunity to have a presentation in a conference environment for students and early career researchers.

Conference Venue:
Vega Observatory, Haus der Natur, Salzburg/Austria

Travel:
We will organize a bus from Salzburg to the observatory.
Bus leaves from Salzburg station, rear exit "Lastenstraße".
We wait for trains from Graz, Innsbruck, Munich, Vienna.

Conference fee:
=> 25 € for ÖGAA members (get membership here)
=> 85 € for guests
includes: transport from/to Salzburg on each day,
welcome reception, coffee/tea breaks, and lunch.
